        Mountie Manners:

1.       Be Kind to Others

2.       Listen and Follow Directions

3.       Keep Your Hands and Feet to Yourself

4.       Use Quiet Voices and Walking Feet

                Bus Rules:

1.       Observe same conduct as in the classroom.

2.       Be courteous, use no profane language.

3.       Do not eat or drink on the bus.

4.       Keep the bus clean.

5.       Cooperate with the driver.

6.       Do not be destructive.

7.       Stay in your seat.

8.       Keep head, hands, and feet inside the bus.

9.       Bus driver is authorized to assign seats and write tickets.

10.   Balloons of any kind are not allowed on the bus.

               

3)       Nurtured Heart:  An approach that creates relationships that energize and support success and positive choices.

4)      Hugs & Kisses Zone:  Please help nurture independence and confidence in your child’s abilities by letting them go to the classroom on their own.  Parents are not allowed past the “Hugs & Kisses Zone” as a safety measure to keep our Parnall students safe.  Do not go to the classroom without signing in at the main office and getting a name tag.

Profile:
Parnall Elementary School, serves 700 students, grades PK-2. Learning opportunities in reading, language arts, math, science, health, social studies, physical education, music and career education are provided. Twenty-five professional staff members provide an environment that is conducive to learning. The background and experience of our staff allow the opportunity for students to be exposed to an array of experiences. Students receive support services from an instructional support team composed of two learning specialists and three paraprofessionals. Students receive support from Literacy groups and from in-classroom individual help.
